Trying to be honest. Because maybe it was just an off day. This is for my older sister who had an appointment but stopped on her way to help me with my emergency. (My cat had gotten outside and I needed help catching him.) It put her about 10 minutes late. She called the salon to let them know and they basically told her that Adam was so booked up that he had only allowed 30 minutes for her cut and she would have to reschedule her appointment.
