We were contacted promptly and they were kind enough to squeeze in a last minute appointment. Mr. Owens was able to diagnose the problem quickly and get everything fixed at a very reasonable price. We are always so pleased with the service provided by Owens Heating and Air Conditioning but had no idea they also service your dryer as well as air ducts! Connor & Jeff came to our home today, climbed into our attic and thoroughly cleaned our dryer vents! Another company who had misrepresented themselves came out Friday to clean our dryer vent and when they left our dryer no longer dried clothes. I reached out to Owens Heating & Air on Friday, November 15th and talked with Tina about getting setup with a maintenance plan. I explained how other companies would not respond. Once we started to get things set-up for an appointment on November 25th, I mentioned that I was having an issue with my heat turning off and getting an error code on my thermostat.
