We had a new A/C unit along with a new Furnace, and a new scrubber installed. The complete system is wonderful. The technicians were very careful and worked two days doing everything. We highly recommend Owens Heating and Air Conditioning for all your HVAC needs. We contacted Owens this morning about a concern we had with our air conditioning unit. May 19, 2026: had one unit shut down last night due to the heat and construction dust! Called Owens first thing - despite already having very heavy technician schedules because of the heat, Owens managed to squeeze us in for a service call. Problem was fixed quickly and our unit was back online. Very grateful since one family member was recovering from recent surgery. Owens once again has our appreciation. Our A/C went out late last night, and we were miserable! It was scheduled to be 97 degrees the next day! Lisa answered our call at 11 pm and coordinated with us first thing in the morning! Owens had someone here by 8 am! The service that installed our unit hasn't even called us back to book yet! We are going to do our business with Owens from now on! Gary was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Thank you all so much!
Great to see Tommy. He is very knowledgeable installed the system several years ago. I love that your company sends a picture of the service person that will be coming to the house. Great security measure especially in the world that we live in now.
