Owens immediately dispatched a technician on Sunday when the AC stopped working. Greg fixed the problem, provided preventative maintenance tips, all at a reasonable price.

I had an HVAC leak causing water to come through my ceiling from the attic unit. The problem occurred on a weekend, when the temperature was almost 100 degrees, and I had to make an emergency call. I called the emergency number and provided the info to request a technician. Within minutes, I received a call from the owner to say a technician had been dispatched and would arrive in about 45 minutes. The tech arrived promptly, was courteous, competent, and went right to work to repair my system.

Alan Owens is always quick to respond when we need help. July 3 was no exception. Major heat wave hitting our area. AC went out and the house was heating up. He responded within an hour of our call. Efficient always friendly and pleasant to deal with. Give him a call if you need any service he offers.
