Jesse ,he is a wonderful technician,he took time to explain my AC unit ,we had the same problem but no one tell us how easy to fix it , now on he will be my technician ,thank again Jesse
Compressor went out on our main AC and within a week we had a new compressor (special order, under warranty) installed just in time for the current heat wave (again). No extra charges, which was appreciated. Runs like a charm, even quieter than before. Also had my 6 month complimentary checkup on my new heat pump in the basement, so ready for winter. Great family business, knowledgeable and caring and friendly employees.
