As always, Chris was top notch, polite, professional, and thorough. Was just my scheduled semi-annual check-up but he looked through every in detail to make sure we were fully ready for real cold that comes in January. Plus, Owens HVAC, front office staff were responsive and caring. Love their team. Highly recommend them and highly recommend setting up a recurring service agreement with them. Well worth it.

Placing a phone call for any type of service can be frightening, from service fee’s, scared they don’t have availability, etc. The lady who took my call was very helpful and had a technician out quickly. The communication from them was fantastic, they texted when they were on their way with a photo of our technician. Our technician went over everything with my husband & explained what was happening our unit. We feel very confident with our choice of hiring Owen’s H&A for all of our heating & AC needs.
