Steve was thorough in his inspection of our home. He was nice enough to let me follow him throughout the inspection and ask questions. His report quickly followed and was easy for me and my builder to understand, allowing for issues to be quickly addressed. I highly recommend him.

Spent nearly an hour of his time walking me through several items he was notating on his report. Went on to explain why they were noted and why it was important to either have looked at further by a professional, repair, or replace stuff.
