Would 1000% use again. Yes I put 1000%. As an out of state investor, I can't exactly see the properties first hand. So I know Steve has me covered. He's very detailed and has a wealth of knowledge.
We used this company, Steve Owens, to inspect our new home being built. If I could rate him higher than a 10, I would! He was extremely thorough. He took pictures of everything that needed to be addressed and sent them to our builder. He caught several things on our roof among other things. We would never have known of any issues if not for him. Thank you, Steve. I will definitely recommend you.

Steve recently inspected a 3 bedroom/2 bath home for my mother. I was present for the inspection and very impressed with his professionalism, insight, Knowledge and expertise. Steve takes his time and is very thorough with the inspection. The report we received later that same day, very quick Turn around, contains not only his insight/findings, but also excellent images to validate his findings.
