Super impressed. We were given a very thorough house inspection pior to the purchase on our first home.
Steve performed our new home inspection and was on time, professional, thorough and detail oriented. We received our inspection report the next day. I would recommend Steve to anyone needing a home inspection.
Spent nearly an hour of his time walking me through several items he was notating on his report. Went on to explain why they were noted and why it was important to either have looked at further by a professional, repair, or replace stuff. Was very thorough going into all attic spaces, crawl spaces, and on to the roof. Very happy with the end results of the report. Steve inspected a home we are under contract for in April 2026. He was extraordinarily thorough, his report was very detailed, and he was incredibly knowledgeable. We attended the inspection with him, and he took the time to explain and point out what he was examining. Absolutely 5/5 stars, no questions about it.
