Mr. Owens inspected a 2 bedroom 1 bath home for me this past week. He made everything super easy to understand and walked me through the home/property as he did so. His report was very thorough and detailed. Thank you very much for your time!
Steve was very professional, detail oriented and thorough when doing the home inspection for my mom. Explained everything in easy to understand language, helped prioritize concerns, and completed the inspection report very promptly. Would highly recommend him to anyone needing a home inspection.
Would 1000% use again. Yes I put 1000%. As an out of state investor, I can't exactly see the properties first hand. So I know Steve has me covered. He's very detailed and has a wealth of knowledge.
We used this company, Steve Owens, to inspect our new home being built. If I could rate him higher than a 10, I would! He was extremely thorough. He took pictures of everything that needed to be addressed and sent them to our builder. He caught several things on our roof among other things.
