Had them come out and look at my electrical that had only half of the house had power working. They told me I need new electrical ran throughout the entire house. Called another guy and he fixed the problem in 15 mins. Unprofessional if you ask me.
Took 4 phone calls to get a response and once I got an appointment, they never showed up and never even bothered to call and explain why. After I left another message, they called the next morning, and did not seem interested in helping me get another appointment until the following day. I took a day off from work for the initial appointment and could have done something the next day, but putting it out another day and taking another day off was too much. Terrible customer service.
