Owens is the Best! We spend our Summers in Minnesota. When our AC goes out it's worse than Florida! We know we can count on Owens to fix it right the first time and get us up and running again. They are the best!

Know what they are doing I Purchased a new heating and cooling system as well as a knew thermostat technology. Owens was prompt and knowledgeable. We had one issue and it was corrected promptly without any hassle. It is difficult to find good customer service. The customer service from Owens was very good!

Excellent service! Owens did a great job installing a new HVAC unit at our church last month. Complete professionals for everything from the recommendaton of the unit to the installation! True professionals!

Great service on a weekend Last Sunday, July, 17, 2011, during a heat wave in the Twin Cities, our AC went out at our home. I called Owens on Sun. morning and left a voice mail message asking for help. I didn't expect to hear back or make an appointment until Mon, but a few minutes later I got a call from Owens and they arranged for a service man to come out that afternoon. Excellent Service Afater 30 years, our sactuary air conditioner died and we needed a new one. I obtained bids from several vendors and chose Owens Companies. They provided excellent service from the initial proposal, through final completion of the project. They are competitive in price, very service oriented, timely, knowledgeable, and have a wealth of experience. We are very pleased with their work and highly recommend this company.

WONDERFUL SERVICE I HAD OWENS OUT TO INSTALL A NEW AC UNIT AND I WOULD LIKE TO COMMENT ON THE GREAT PEOPLE AND THE WONDERFUL INSTALLATION. THEY WERE ON TIME, TOOK CARE OF EVERY DETAIL AND MADE SURE ALL OF THE PAPERWORK WAS DONE. THEY WERE EVEN ABLE TO INSTALL MY UNIT THE NEXT DAY.

owens Owens Companies was called by (our neighbor recommened them) to look at our attic ac unit. We have had problems before with other companies that could not work on our older equipment. The tech from Owens had no problem figuring out the problem (low on charge and a plugged line) and repairing. We are now up and running for the season and made it thru the two really hot days with no problems. They also gave us an estimate on various other repairs we need made on the heating system and we look forward to having this work ... read more

Bad Service Dear Owens,Your company in Bloomington MN helped me last August with some repairs to our rental unit and everything went well.My mother and I rented the condo shorlty after the service to a young man who contacted me last Wednesday, Decebmer 9, 2009. I called the Bloomington office to see if they could help again. The on call person contacted my renter and it was agreed the repair could be preformed on Thursday, December 10th. Lower utility bills The service was excellent and most importantly they came at the appointed times and were neat and precise. I had done my homework and I believe their pricing was fair.###A year later I have not had any issues with my new boiler and I am seeing lower utility bills. I highly recommend them.
