Never received a link for my telehealth appointment, called the office and had to leave a voice-mail. 32 mins now into my 'session' and have not received a call back. So... guess I'm not getting my appointment..
The therapist and other staff were absolutely amazing and helpful. Very friendly and helpful with any questions we needed. However, Michelle the Practice Manager, was hands down the most unprofessional “leader” I’ve ever encountered in a medical setting. The voicemails and texts she sent regarding payment and a consent form was very rude & should have been addressed in a more appropriate manner. The staff has been supportive., During COVID, Owens Counseling was one of the only places to offer teen group in person counseling, which they call The Breakfast Club.
So I spent half hour last week setting up two virtual appointments with Craig Janowiak. Gave insurance info etc. Get a call today and office person said Craig only does 15 min intake calls and in-person sessions. This afternoon the person last week took my email address and said I would get a link 15min before meeting. And after Cigna insurance info said telehealth offered (last update to profile 9/29/22).
