There was a nest in the dryer vent causing a bad smell, but Brad came out and cleaned the vent fast, then put on a vent cover so it wouldn't happen again. We had just put in new carpet, and he made sure to wear shoe covers every time he walked on it. I will definitely call them again when we need air duct or vent cleaning in Centerville.
