For turning the sprinklers on and making sure they work, it took a short period of time, less than 15 minutes. They charged more than other companies doing the same thing. Very professional and knew what needed to be done but a little expensive.
I appreciated a call before their arrival time. Both technicians were friendly and worked quickly. Upon the completion, they gave me a verbal summary of the sprinkler service.
We've been very happy with Owen Tree Service. They call before they come out, as per my request, and they always come back to inspect the stubborn weeds to see if everything that they did is working.
We use Owen Tree Service for the last few years to fertalize, and keep our lawn weed free. They do a great job. i pay at the beginning of the year, and they keep to the schedule..always friendly and easy to talk to.
Our lawn never looked better! The workers are great and the office staff is helpful and courteous. I highly recommend this company.
This year my lawn is in very bad condition. It is the worst in the community. I haven't had any response to my complaints. Jamie never returns calls. I pre-paid or else I would change service. Technician, Ryan, does not know what the problem is. They do not call ahead to let you know when they are coming.
I just had the first fertilizer application this week as well as weed killer. So far, looks OK. I would like to wait the 2nd application to see if all weeds will be killed and my grass will look OK.
