There are not enough positive words I could use to describe my experience with Dr. Owen and his staff!! Following "cosmetic braces" through a different provider, I was left with severe jaw/TMJ issues and was potentially facing surgery that may or may not have resolved the issue, or possibly even made it worse. We are so happy that we went to Dr. Timock for our son's expander! He was thorough, friendly, and put my son's nerves at ease. From the initial consult to the consistent treatment he received, and even to the goodie bag of treats he got after his expander was removed... our entire experience was positive and makes me highly recommend their office to anyone! We are confident that the care our son received is of the highest quality and will definitely go back in the future for any orthodontic needs our family may have.
My son was a patient and his teeth look amazing. Dr Owen and Dr Timock have always been very professional and friendly. The front desk staff are amazing and very helpful. We rarely had to wait for our appointment. The staff in the back are amazing and were always great with my son!
