I called in the morning needing my hot water heater replaced. The person on the phone was friendly and quickly scheduled a plumber to come out that same day at 2:00. Right on time, Kingston arrived, took a look at the situation, and immediately began by protecting my floors before removing the old water heater. I recently had a leak in the main water line in my basement here in Gig Harbor. Two plumbers, Kingston and Jack, came out to help. Kingston took the lead and did a great job explaining what needed to be done to repair the leak.
