Shawn Owen built a house for us in Palo Alto three years ago. Shawn is very professional and very responsive. We love the quality of construction and we got a lot of compliments about the house. One thing worth mentioning is that Shawn really takes responsibility and ownership of his projects. Two years after the project was completed, we discovered that a secondary filler header over a large sliding door was malfunctioning and it was no longer possible to slide open the door all the way. I have seen several of these homes, one down on Selby Ln, just on the outside is like something out of a fairy tale. The only time I remember being in a home like this was when I was nine years old doing photography ride-alongs with my dad. A lot of tech people get burnt out in San Francisco and want a practical home that is also large enough to have plenty of space for creativity and building a family or filling up with treasures and activities :).
