Dr. Schnieder is the best mental treatment doctor I've had, and throughout my lifetime, there have been many. He listens and can sympathize and know how to treat your condition. Not many Drs., no matter how much training and education they receive, cannot put themselves in your shoes. He is the only Dr. I've had that I felt truly understands my condition. I called Dr. Owen Schneider’s office for a consultation regarding my father’s care, and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. When I tried to explain the insurance situation, he abruptly hung up on me before I could finish. I found this to be extremely unprofessional and discourteous. I understand doctors are busy, but I would have appreciated at least being given the chance to explain or be heard. This experience left a very poor impression.
We love Dr. Schneider! He has been with us through some tough times and has helped us through! My son has autism and he has supported his behavioral/psychiatric needs for many years!
