I called Dr. Owen Schneider’s office for a consultation regarding my father’s care, and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. When I tried to explain the insurance situation, he abruptly hung up on me before I could finish. I found this to be extremely unprofessional and discourteous. I understand doctors are busy, but I would have appreciated at least being given the chance to explain or be heard. This experience left a very poor impression.
We love Dr. Schneider! He has been with us through some tough times and has helped us through! My son has autism and he has supported his behavioral/psychiatric needs for many years!
Dr Schneider helped me when I was at my lowest! I'm so glad I met him. I'd recommend him to anyone!
