Buyer & Renter beware. Just know this company goes in and removes their listing to wash away their many bad reviews and complaints. Flo Lawren at Owen Properties is very unprofessional and there is no real management of units with this company. Once you sign a lease you are on your own to fix anything and everything. Lots of hidden fees and expenses she failed to tell us. When something needed to be fixed she was nowhere to be found.
