Wow! Great service and quality work. I was in a pinch, and they came through.
I had a leaky hot water heater. My home warranty recommended Owen Plumbing. They came out quickly to access my issues. Water heater was installed in a timely matter Within 2 days no hot water. Replaced part. 2 days later no heat once again. Replaced once again no hot water. Ordered part again then it was on back order. So they ordered through a local supply company. Needless to say I have had hot water for only 2 days since August 21. Ridiculous 😡 The customer service was horrible . She didn’t have compassion at all.. oh to... read more
David and Tommy fixed us up! They went above and beyond to make sure everything was properly taken care of. The company even squeezed me in same day since it was very urgent where I had another plumbing company tell me they couldn’t get to me until over a week later! So thankful for their service!
Got my Hot Water Heater replaced today. The guys showed up on time and did an excellent job on the installation which included bringing things up to code. Very professional
I had a leak over the weekend and called and left a message on their line. I received a call quickly, talked through the situation and scheduled a visit. The team that showed up was courteous and thoughtful. They listened to me and troubleshooted my issue to resolution. Incredibly pleased with their service and would highly recommended Owen Plumbing.
