His appraisal of a home selling for $64k in Sheffield was way low!! His report showed other houses in the Area and their price around 45 to 55k and appraised this one at 49k, I have been looking at homes in the area for 3 years and have seen all the under 60k homes and none of them would pass an FHA inspection!! But this 3 bedroom 1 bath with carport, fenced yard, storage shed, and hard wood floors passed FHA, I have yet to see a 49k house in this area pass one. I completely agree with Dustin's review. I wish I could give it negative 5 stars. Not only that, he intentionally undervalued my home and wouldn't answer my calls or acknowledge the fact he was dishonest. I'm a licensed real estate agent but he didn't know it so his ego was shattered when I revealed it to him. This isn't a pissing contest, this is business and I expect it to be done with integrity, honesty, and simply done the right way. He's incompetent and hateful. Forgot a bedroom and bathroom, was rude, and the appraisal was not accurate. Unfortunately the bank picks. If you have a choice find someone else.
