Up until today, I was very satisfied with their services. My son has autism and the worker they provided me for almost a year was excellent with my son. So last minute they fired my son's respite worker and didn't take the time to inform me. I found out because I was waiting for him to show up. I knew something was wrong because he was always punctual. I am so disappointed because I had plans (It's Memorial weekend) and it is very difficult to get support for a child like mine. I am sooo upset right now😓
