I was the previous manager and handy man. These people are Back biting pieces of garbage. If what you want is a lunatic owner that yells and screams at her managers and her tenants and a religious fanatic that defames the name of God for the benefit of her bank account put in an application to live here. I've lived there for about 9 months now. Never had my cars broken into, the manager is delightful. Never met the owner. Kids don't bother me, they're really not misbehaved here. Neighbors are respectful. Getting things fixed though, this is kind of tough. Still a nice place to live.
