RecommendedI had rented storage from these guys for 4 years and went somewhere else and that only 4 months. My lock at the other place broke and the owner said he couldn't get there to fix it until 3 days. I am now back at owatonna self storage. The place is built like Fort Knox!

A competing moving company called and cancelled my truck reservation the night before my move. I contacted Owatonna Self Storage, and Jeremy went above and beyond the call of service to help me out of my bind. He took time to secure a Uhaul for me, even though I didn’t have a reservation, and made sure I was taken care of. My experience checking out the truck the next day was great, and I am genuinely grateful to Owatonna Self Storage for helping me out of an extremely frustrating situation! Highly recommend.
Been renting a unit from them for about 5 months now and the customer service is fantastic and security of the facility makes me feel at ease...the unit I got was clean and in great shape with no signs of leaking...world gladly recommend their service to anyone

I just rented a 26' U-Haul box truck from Jeremy Bartsch at Owatonna Self Storage. I received very professional service from Jeremy as I changed up the pickup time at the last minute!
