They came right away and the technician was very knowledgeable.
Came and fixed problem right away even though we were in the middle of a winter storm.
Our furnace was running but not heating. Called Owatonna Heating and Cooling this morning. They got back to us very quickly and sent out their tech. Brandon did a great job figuring out the problem. Explained everything to a T. I would give them a call again. They took very good care of us...Thank you!!
We had an issue with our thermostat back in June of 2024 and they were able to answer my questions and help me get the thermostat running properly which finally made our AC come back on! Then in January 2025 our Furnance went out and we had asked another company to look at our unit as we were outside the Owatonna service area. They had told us we would need to replace the unit entirely and offered to replace it for 8K+.
