I made an urgent call to Owatonna Heating & Cooling, when my AC unit stopped working unexpectedly. They were able to squeeze me in during a parts run today. When the problem turned out to be "operator error" I was treated with respect and professionalism. I would highly recommend Owatonna Heating & Cooling in a heartbeat!

Great support, during one of the peak days of the year the team at Owatonna Heating and Cooling were able to get a broken thermostat replaced and have our business back to a comfortable temperature. Great communication for invoicing as well. Appreciate the service!
