I went in for a part, and a technician came out and talked with me to better understand the issue. He actually provided me with some other alternatives to the problem that didn't require me purchase a part. After talking it through, ( i did purchase a part) and he took a few more minutes to talk about how it goes in and hooking it up.

On one of coldest days of this year my furnace had problems. Called Owatonna heating and cooling and they were prompt and professional and had a service technician at my house with in an hour. Got the furnace working again rather quickly. Would recommend. Our service tech was Brandon, he was great to work with and answered all the questions I had about some preventative care for the future. Thanks OHC

Excellent service. They would have had someone out shortly after I called but I told them next day was fine. The tech showed up within minutes of when they called to confirm and was very polite, clean and had my furnace fixed within 30 minutes. I will definitely use them again if needed.

We had 2 mini splits installed around 2 years ago and they started to leak water so we gave them a call to come check them out. They came and "fixed" it but just a few days later they were leaking again. We called again and they came out a second time and actually fixed it. The inside of the units are constantly moldy & dusty as well and the tech explained that they shouldn't be like that so he would get back to us that week for a solution.
