Our furnace was running but not heating. Called Owatonna Heating and Cooling this morning. They got back to us very quickly and sent out their tech. Brandon did a great job figuring out the problem. Explained everything to a T. I would give them a call again. They took very good care of us...Thank you!!

We had an issue with our thermostat back in June of 2024 and they were able to answer my questions and help me get the thermostat running properly which finally made our AC come back on! Then in January 2025 our Furnance went out and we had asked another company to look at our unit as we were outside the Owatonna service area. They had told us we would need to replace the unit entirely and offered to replace it for 8K+. Going into a holiday weekend and of course our AC went out. Tried everything we could think of before we called in OHC. Autumn was such a sweetheart and definitely tried her hardest to get someone out before the after hours time started. She kept checking in with me and gave me updates on when she thought she could get a tech out to me. Luckily she was able to get tech out and he was done in less than an our. I went in for a part, and a technician came out and talked with me to better understand the issue. He actually provided me with some other alternatives to the problem that didn't require me purchase a part. After talking it through, ( i did purchase a part) and he took a few more minutes to talk about how it goes in and hooking it up.
