Set up three different appointments with them. Date and times. Waited... To no avail. Never got a call or any kind of notification from them. Let these people know the dire straights I was in. Hot humid. No A/C. 3 times this happened. Called another local business they were there within 3 hours. It was great!! Owatonna heating and cooling
