I have been renting a unit from them for almost 6 years now. I’ve never had a problem with mice or bugs or mold. Every time I go back it’s exactly how I left it. The only problem I’ve ever had with the key cards is that keep losing them. They’re quick to replace them though. Great place to put your stuff.
I’ve been renting here for a few months and it’s literally a huge pain to do anything! Their janky proximity card entry system never works right. Not to mention they are never around when you need them, and when you approach them with an issue they get all offended and defensive! They both refuse to listen and try to talk over you.
