I’ve been renting here for a few months and it’s literally a huge pain to do anything! Their janky proximity card entry system never works right. Not to mention they are never around when you need them, and when you approach them with an issue they get all offended and defensive! They both refuse to listen and try to talk over you. Everytime I need in my unit it’s some kind of issue. The autopay system is hit and miss while they make ZERO attempts to notify you there was an issue. Wonderful service
I rented a U-HAUL car hauler from these wonderful folks about 6 months ago. The woman who co-owned the facility was great. Had trailer setup and ready to go. Highly recommend!
