Do not go to this service center Worst in customer service
AVOID if you have any other options. This is the worst auto service centre I have ever encountered in 20 years of owning vehicles. I gave this place 3 chances which I sincerely regret. Below are some highlights of an extremely time consuming and frustrating experience. 1. Terrible and seemingly incompetent customer service. Do NOT, do NOT, do NOT use this dealership for vehicle service. Ive never left a review for anything before but feel the need to for this company. SUMMARY: I scheduled an appointment and was told my vehicle would be ready in one hour. After receiving no update I attended after THREE hours and was told the vehicle is not ready and will need another hour. This was a simple recall program for a heater element.
