I had a very disappointing experience with Andrew Reid. I came to the dealership to finalise a deal after discussing for 2 days my we are ready, I had already discussed with Robert, but unfortunately Robert was off today. The receptionist suggested I speak with Andrew Reid instead. At the beginning, there was only one chair available. Just took delivery of a vehicle from Owasco and had an excellent experience with our salesman, Chris Harris. Chris is prompt, professional, and went above and beyond to answer all of our questions with great patience. He walked us through the features, negotiations, and paperwork without a single bit of typical "pushy salesperson" behavior.
