Great dealership and even better people. Muhammad Ali helped me out a couple months ago when I bought my car, and everything went so smooth my wife ended up going back to get the same model from him too. Big shoutout to muhammad renata, and alif. that trio is solid 😂 they made the whole process easy and stress-free. Definitely one of the best teams I’ve dealt with.

Amazing dealership I bought a 2026 Atlas off Ben he really took his time to show me the vehicle and cover the vehicle with me and get me the right colour and interior package that I wanted. I’m very pleased with their service and George the business manager was also great to work with he got me all my extended warranties and tinted windows. I wanted on my car and give me a very fair price. highly recommend.
Again I had a great experience at Owasco VW. I have This is my 8th car from there, and 21st car my family has bought. Can’t say enough good things about my brand specialist Andrew. He’s a true enthusiast and knows his VWs. He always kept me informed while I waited for my car to arrive. It’s very nice to deal with someone who knows his stuff. Recently came down to a hockey tourny from 7hrs away. We lost the heat in our 2024 Atlas. Took it in on the Friday afternoon not knowing if anything could be done on such short notice. They were able to squeeze me in and had a tech confirm the blower fan died. They were able to get the part overnight and got the vehicle in the next day (Saturday). Rebecca was kind enough to get me a Uber ride to the hotel, then pick me back up. Customer service was great. Thanks for helping my family out in this -25 degree weather!
