Recently placed an order for a 2026 VW Tiguan from Owasco and had a great experience w/ Zoe. It's hard to believe I've been buying my VWs from Owasco for 25 years. My experiences with staff have always been pleasant and Zoe was no exception. I appreciated her knowledge of the vehicle, particularly in regards to features and options. Looking forward to when the new wheels arrive!
Parts needs more communication with service. Ordered new tires online and confirmation email said I just needed to bring my car in at the selected date/time. Arrived to the dealership and they didn't have my appointment in the system and no tires had been ordered. Take down the online ordering system if no one is going to manage it properly.
