I am extremely dissatisfied with the handling of a serious safety incident involving my 2008 Volkswagen Jetta and Volkswagen Canada. The heated seat malfunctioned and caused my seat, along with my winter jacket, to catch fire. This represents a significant safety hazard that could have resulted in far more severe consequences. Tanner was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to walk me through all the vehicle’s features and special perks. Zero Transparency, Zero Effort I walked into this dealership ready to trade my current Atlas for a newer model, but I left wondering how they manage to sell any cars at all.
