I recently purchased a Tiguan from Owasco and was really pleased with my experience with Oveen! He had all of the vehicles we discussed pulled up out front in time for my test drive appointment and he was very open and honest about pricing and vehicle details. Will definitely be back in the future!
I had several conversations with sales people at different VW dealerships and Tanner was so refreshing! He was honest, genuine, helpful and I felt confident that he was doing his best in every way for me. Please do not purchase anything from this dealership. I am not one to write reviews but what I am dealing with is beyond illegal. First of all, I was asked if I wanted a warranty when purchasing our car and I said no. Kerri stated that because my husband worked for the car company that he does, we would only need to pay $10 all in for a warranty. I knew this was too good to be true and asked many specific questions. $10 a month? $10 biweekly etc. But was told no, ONLY $10 all in! She even laughed with me and said I would be ... read more
