Disappointed with my experience here. I was interested in a few cars here but the sales person only had an agenda to sell one specific car. I was not heart set on that exact car and had even expressed interest in more affordable options of the same model, but the sales person was quite pushy and unwilling to compromise. The model they were selling was priced quite high above market value and unwilling to negotiate.
I have had four VW’s in my life thus far (3 of which were purchased at Owasco) and love each and every one of them. No issues with any of them. Raffaele just helped equip my family of 7 with a pre-owned demo Atlas and it is now my biggest VW to date. He made it such a smooth and easy experience. Highly recommend!
Oveen provided an excellent experience while I was shopping. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process.
