Not sure about this dealership. Seems like a nice enough place. They need to have a chat with the financial services manager. Not very professional leaving racist comments on Facebook. A public forum is not a good spot for hateful comments. I am surprised that your company does not have a social media guideline. Shame because many people saw and commented negatively on what she wrote.
