Disappointed with Owasco’s after-sales service. Communication was poor, follow-ups were delayed, and I felt unsupported after my purchase. Expected much better customer care since they are associated with brands like VW and Audi.
My experience with Owasco has unfortunately been very disappointing due to their after-sales service. While the initial process went smoothly, once the purchase was complete the level of support and communication dropped significantly. Follow-up requests were not handled in a timely or professional manner, and I often had to chase for updates.
