2nd time I've come and the Lazy River is closed again. We paid all that money for 4 tickets and the lazy river is closed again. 1 of the tickets was for my 33 week pregnant friend and that's literally all she can do while the kids do the slides. Waste of $80
Our family recently spent the weekend at OWA, and while the resort property itself has so much to offer, the overall experience was a mixed bag due to frustrating customer service policies and poor communication inside the theme park Tropic Falls.
