From toxic molds to toxic management o w Collins has everything that you would want including a wide variety of bed bugs roaches spiders did I mention the leaks there's plumbing leaks there's roof leaks and even better than all that that's right folks the leash in their lease they say the landlord is not liable nor does he say that he would make any repairs which actually goes against the Texas state law so if that's what you're looking for my advice is take a few penicillin shots with you
Manager Regina and regional manager Christian both did knowingly violate the American Disabilities Act of 1973 title 3 by locking the back door and making it non-accessible for the handicap and when asked why they did it they said that they are corporate they said they're locking the doors to cut down the Riff Raff so they said they're punishing the disabled to catch Riff
I am a very happy tenant at OW. I have been here for several years and have had no problems. The team here now has it together. I love my place. Home sweet home.
