Sadly, I initially complimented their work and overlooked a few glitches here in there. I didn't expect perfection. However sadly, as I go through the stuff that I hadn't unpacked yet, I find more and more stuff that was broken and hidden so that I wouldn't see it was broken. I would never recommend this company. Accidents happen, but be honest! Hiding the items you broke in the bottom and back of the room is just sneaky!!!

Moved us on August 26, 2016. The packing process was not acceptable. Broken crystal, sloppy computer packing and many nicks & scratches. Would not recommend strictly due to packing. Guys were courteous but very sloppy.

They moved me to my new home and everything arrived in good condition. The men were very courteous and efficient.
worst guys out there..damaged my bedroom set..didn't cover it..they know it..but refused to compromise on the actual cost to have fixed..they agreed to take 100 of the bill..the cost to fix the set and refinish is more that 300..no honor..just phone guy..sent him pics..besides the pics the employee took..after speaking with Tony..he told me the employee never showed him the pics..so I sent them to him..HOMEOWNERS BEWARE..they write their own reviews..Going to small claims court is a waste of time..but Karma still ticks on..a... read more
I have used OVO to move offices multiple times as well as to move my home. I am extremely pleased with the quality of their service and their moving staff.
