Had a great experience. Appointment on time and quick in and out. Alexis and her staff are excellent. Everyone is kind and really thoughtful and I appreciate that.
Consultation and membership
I have been going to the Ovme location in Richmond VA for 4 years, but I recently moved to NOVA in December 2025. I was nervous about switching locations because I have been going there for so long and I adore everyone. Genevieve is that girl, if you are in the area, book her! 🥰 They underwent new management while I was there and she is a great addition. Very friendly staff. Very great nurse and gentle. Definitely continuing with them.
The staff at OVME is great. My skin looks so much better. They clearly need to hire more aestheticians. Scheduling is very difficult. There are almost no openings a month ahead
