OVME staff is always so polite and friendly every time I arrive, it really sets the tone for a great experience. I’ve worked with both Amanda and Brenda, and they truly know their stuff. They take the time to walk you through the entire process, answer questions, and make you feel comfortable every step of the way. I always feel like I’m in good hands here and appreciate how knowledgeable and attentive they are.
Hands down the best facial I’ve had! Emily helped me understand the process of how each ingredient works on my skin and about the importance of different products. The customer service was great!
