Had a great experience with Dr.Caja right before leaving the country for a trip she streamlined everything and was very helpful
they really take excellent care of your pet, and the veterinarians are great at explaining the diagnosis and offering different solutions to fit your budget. although we had to wait two hours the first night we went, i understand that other pets might have been facing more urgent emergencies at the time. Ricky recovered quickly and received the best care—we both thank you! 🩷
Unfortunately I’ve made four visits, just this year, because my babies are feral but the staff is so welcoming. The facility is clean and my pups have been given the upmost love and attention
Utterly insensitive and out of touch. I understand you’re a busy ER or I guess you guys think you’re busy. however, all you had to do was say you don’t have enough staff at the time to take care of our dead loved one for cremation. Had us waiting for 45 mins nobody even bothered to check up on us to say “we will be right with you” while we’re left holding their cold motionless body, the ladies at the front desk had zero empathy. We left to the PetSmart Banfield hospital on Red Bug and were treated much better.
