I had to take my cat here late at night after I noticed she ate some string from a toy. This is the second time I take one of my cats for an emergency visit and I can't explain how at ease I felt taking them there. The staff kept me informed and gave me time to process things to make a decision. Having a vet available 24/7 makes me feel reassured that I can go to them at any time. Thank you.
I went in there with my 14-year-old bichon with very specific details about a startling reflex that he is waking up with when napping or trying to sleep at night and I have had many dogs in my life and this is very distinctively different than anything I have seen and unless I would pay over $1000 worth of testing, they had nothing to offer and so I paid $157 to walk in the door!! I don't even know where to start. My baby, Miles has leukemia. We brought him in late at night on 4/7 for an emergency blood transfusion. We didn't know what would happen but EVERYONE who has on duty that night and the next 24 hours was AMAZING. The three doctors who took care of him, all the techs, the reception staff...it took us 7 hours to find a hospital with feline blood. We don't live nearby but we're so happy we found them.
