A few months back I took my dog that was very week Oviedo Vet since I had no options closer to me that could take care of him, it was a real emergency. I should start by saying the the vet Dr. Clark is great. Saying this, I can explain why 1 star. Management and staff not good. To summarize I was charged $40 for 15 mL of Metronidazole but I was given about 4 or 5 mL. I called to the clinic and after after a couple back and forth calls, many excuses (including that maybe I don’t know how to read a syringe) and gave my dog as much as 10 mL. My cat was diagnosed with squamous cell carcinoma 5 weeks ago and it’s been a nightmare. We have been to 9 specialists, been through radiation, chemo, trips all over the state but the redeeming element in all of this is that every vet we have met and interacted with up until Friday night at Oviedo Veterinary Care and Emergency has been empathetic, kind and done their absolute best for us. Horrible experience with Front office staff and practice manager. Vet tech and Vet were very professional. But would not recommend due to abusive interaction with management and front office staff.

Awful place. I have been several times and won’t return. Extremely unprofessional people upfront. I stood waiting to be acknowledged while they say and talked and ordered food. Waited two hours for an emergency and left to go eksehweee where I was treated with respect as well as my dog. They need to fire the people up front and get good management in place.

We tried this vet clinic as a referral from our first dog's rescue organization, Save a Life Pet Rescue in Oviedo, FL. As unexperienced and first-time pet owners, we didn't know better and we continued to use this place to treat our puppy. Unfortunately; however, this place later turned out to be a money-hungry dishonest clinic.
