They recently painted the parking lot without giving the residents any notice. Because of this they were painting right next to vehicles and they got paint on my car.
Just shy of 5 years I lived at Oviedo Town Centre, it was a great experience. Great area, very little traffic, and great schools. Alison and Abby always were prompt with responding to emails and taking care of any issues at hand. Frank and Andres were great with maintaining the property and fulfilling work orders. It was a pleasure.
I love this place! They keep everything well maintained & if anything does need fixing the maintenence guys have it fixed in 24 hours or less! They are great!
Lived here for a long time and the office staff now are the best I’ve dealt with here. Abby is super prompt and kind. Jasmine and Alison are nice and helpful. Thanks gals!
I lived in this apartment complex for 12 years it had only been built for 2 years at the time. I moved in. The property was an open office and very clean for the first 7 years i was there. Then they changed their office was no longer opened to the residence had to make an appointment could never get anything fixed. They went up in price, but down in quality.
