I came to see an apartment I Experienced not good customer service from a young lady who told me her name was Jessica
The place is okay at best. You definitely get what you pay for. There's major rust over all the appliances but they kind of work. The biggest PITA is the fact that the office is only open from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. 5 days a week. So forget about getting anything on the weekends. Also they have a new AI system for when you try to call the office it is the worst. Getting a hold of someone on the phone is literally impossible now because it won't let you stay on hold it'll just dump you out of the system. Customer service is ... read more
The appliances are old and outdated. Guest parking is a joke, your visitors will get towed even when parked in designated guest spots.
I wish the maintenance men would stop blocking parking spots for people who live on the second and third floor apartments. We would like to drop off our groceries or other heavy items off first because our parking spots are further away. Also the gym equipment is not cleaned properly. There is no weekend access to the family center. One day I went to workout, it was around 5:00pm. The leasing representative came in and locked the family room before closing time.
