A live voice answered my call when requesting the service, I was offered an appointment for the same day, however, due to a conflicting commitment, it was moved to the following morning, Oliver arrived within proposed the time window, he expeditiously made the repair to the inground control module that was disabled probably by rodents who chewed the wires of the device.
