I am a first responder in the south Lake County area, and after coming home the day after Milton from helping others, my own house lost a couple of dozen shingles. I had a friend who has done roofing arrive to help me, although I needed to find the right color shingles. 5 stars all around!! Replacing a roof is a big project and one I was not looking forward to. Rich and his team were stellar, from estimate to follow through. Communication was impeccable. This was crucial for me. His team gave us a very detailed email with everything we could expect throughout the process and they delivered it all. They even texted updates during the install. Great job with the new roof. The workers were very professional, they were here when they said they would be. They worked all day and were finished in 2,days.. the office staff were pleasant and helpful. And I really appreciated Andres the site manager kept me up to date on the progress and any changes that needed t be made. I highly recommend them.
