I have been a patient of Dr. Mosch since 1992, when I was just 9 years old and he first opened his practice in Oviedo. For more than three decades, he provided compassionate, attentive care, and I'm truly grateful for everything he did for me and my family. Unfortunately, since he is retiring and the transition to corporate management, my experience has changed dramatically. Mallory helped me tremendously today with the new system and portal. She is definitely an asset to the practice. Friendly, professional and very patient. I’ve been a patient since 1999 and have seen so many changes in the staff in that time. Overall everyone has been great. I saw Erica Tran, PA for the first time today and found her to be a wonderful provider. Jennifer with referrals is great getting referrals to my Dr's on time
AWFUL Experience...DO NOT RECOMMEND! The staff is rude, unorganized, slow, and they do not care! The staff is a nightmare to work with from start to finish. Painfully experience every time!
In my 62 years of living, I have never seen a Doctor care less about a patient. My wife had fallen and since has been disoriented, unable to keep her balance, very weak and experiencing numbness in fingers and legs. She's fallen a few times since. Because her knee was hurting from the initial fall, she told staff and made an appointment. I intentionally went back to room with my wife, which I never do, because she was having trouble conveying her issues between her meds, anxiety, etc. She even threw up outside of the office ... read more
