Thanks to Dr. Mosch and his team for great care and one of the best bed side manners in the business. He genuinely cares and takes the time to listen. Great office staff, PA’s, and nurses.
My wife made an appointment here. She is blind and paid for an Uber to come here after work. She asked for a reasonable accommodation and asked for the center to send her the new patient paperwork in advance. They refused to do so. When she arrived she explained that she could not fill out the paperwork on her own and asked for assistance. They told her that she should have come with a helper and refused to provide assistance. We all miss when Dr. Mosch was on site most of the week but since other doctors began running the show it's gotten more and more painful refilling prescriptions. It's been years since I could go for a check up, ask for what I need, and actually receive what I asked for. It's a full on multi-day game of telephone until they send the correct prescriptions to the correct pharmacy. These guys work fast when you're in person but never when you call them.
