Evaluation for work needed Ana and Dr. Lopez were thorough in providing the information and care needed for my upcoming dental care. I appreciated the details and kindness extended.
Visit I was greeted by name and told some one would be with me shortly. I was brought in brought in on time, in fact a little early. The Dental Assistant was extremly friendly and knowledgeable explaining what was going to be done today. Doctor Lopez was wonderful. I truly feel like a valued customer.
Insurance Although the office is great and the employees are amazing I wish they had told me before starting any procedure that my insurance wasn't going to cover anything. This way I wouldn't be surprised with a bill to pay at the end hat I wasn't expecting.
