I absolutely love Dillion Stephens the Service Advisor. My key fob started malfunctioning and Weigel’s bakery, and I called the dealership. He said no problem. I’ll be right over. I purchased a Chevy Trax a few months ago and took it in for an issue today. Dillon Stephens was phenomenal. He helped me quickly. Kept me informed of the progress of the issue in language I could understand. The whole time he showed excellent customer service, made eye contact, explained everything, offered refreshments, asked if my schedule fit the time needed for service.
