I'm giving 5 stars because the doctors and nurses here FULLY deserve it. However, the new (now years old) phone tree system is still not working properly. Voicemails are not getting returned, I'm assuming, because the system doesn't distribute them properly. I left a msg 5 days prior to my appt to reschedule it and never got a call back until I "missed" my appt. Something needs to be done to fix this.
