After looking at my x-rays for less than 5 seconds, Dr. Falcone and his team immediately recommended surgery, told me I would be on crutches for at least 8 weeks, and even tried to get me to schedule the operation for two days later. Great doctor
Had a simple toe fracture that, in retrospect, I would have been better off avoiding this office for. First visit: Long wait time. Credit card machine "broken." Doc saw me for 3 minutes tops, during which he refused to look at the X-ray from the urgent care, relying on the radiology report which he deemed "all that he needed." Probably just wasn't comfortable opening an email attachment. Referred me for further X-ray after a weeks of healing. What happened to the X-ray machine in his office?
