I expected a thorough home inspection, but Pierre completely exceeded our expectations. From the moment he arrived, he was incredibly detailed and methodical, taking the time to inspect every aspect of the property. What truly set him apart was how he involved us throughout the entire process. He regularly sat down with us to explain what he was finding, walked us through the house to show us issues firsthand, provided practical recommendations, and answered every question we had with patience and expertise. Pierre was an outstanding home inspector! He was incredibly thorough, paid sharp attention to detail, and stayed completely focused throughout the whole inspection. Super friendly, easy to talk to, and clearly knows his stuff. I felt like I was in great hands. Highly recommend!
Pierre did a really great job. Inspection was done thoroughly and even helped me start cleaning my furnace filter… he was not in a rush to finish and rush into another job. Everything about inspection and all he had to tell us was like 4 hours plus so that’s a very thorough inspection. He was also patient in answering our questions. Overall great experience!!!
We've always had a great experience working with Pierre for my home inspection. He's incredibly friendly and easy to talk to, which made the whole process much more comfortable. He took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all of my questions with confidence and detail. It’s obvious he’s very good at what he does. I would absolutely choose Pierre every time and highly recommend him to anyone.
We had Pierre do our inspection for our first home purchase. He was very thorough and didn't leave any stone unturned. He gave us a very clear picture of the house and what needed to be fixed so we could make an informed decision with the purchase. Pierre was easy to work with and efficient with his time. I am really glad we went with Overview and I would recommend them to friends and family! Thanks again Pierre!
