Pierre was phenomenal. Tyler (our realtor) referred him to us, and we’re extremely grateful he did. Pierre went above and beyond during our home inspection and caught a ton of issues in our new-build that we never would have noticed on our own. Even the builder was impressed with how thorough he was. I’m writing this review a month late thanks to the chaos of unpacking and the joys of buying a home, but Pierre absolutely deserves the praise. Highly recommend him for anyone who wants a truly detailed, professional inspection!
Pierre completed a home inspection for me in August this year for a condo unit. He was extremely professional, thorough, and the company went above and beyond to accommodate my schedule and requests. Pierre was fantastic. When we first started investing in real estate, we hired inspectors for every property but eventually stopped after obvious issues were missed and the value was marginal. Pierre was the complete opposite. He was exceptionally detailed, professional, and clearly knew his stuff. His fee was on the higher side, but absolutely worth it for the level of insight and peace of mind he provided.
