The staff here are nice and efficient. From management to maintenance, they act fast to fix the issue. Also unless your package can’t fit they have a package concierge locker. If delivery doesn’t load it, they will. Each floor has a different smell 👃 (results vary on neighbors). They do clean regularly however so in general the buildings are clean. Gym could use work but it gets the job done just fine!
Resident of 2+ years. It's honestly not bad at all for the price, save for the fact that there is literally 0 protection from anyone off the street choosing to access the building. The leasing office has admitted that the lobby door locks are ineffective and can be/regularly are ripped open, allowing thieves inside to steal packages left in the lobby (there is no mail room). terrible experience renting here EDIT: new management turned things around
I am sharing this because I have experienced similar to exact issues. 5 years of experience and seen it all. Now, I feel variable to the narcissist and none empathic management. All email correspondence reflects dismissive and unethical passive aggressive communications. 1. Maintenance appeared at my door for repairs -my reply did not request repair for stopped up sink.
