I am sharing this because I have experienced similar to exact issues. 5 years of experience and seen it all. Now, I feel variable to the narcissist and none empathic management. All email correspondence reflects dismissive and unethical passive aggressive communications. 1. Maintenance appeared at my door for repairs -my reply did not request repair for stopped up sink. terrible experience renting here
I have lived here for about 9 months and have absolutely loved living here so far. The apartments are beautiful, clean, and modern, and have stunning views of the river and city. Having a gym, pool, grills, rooms available for hosting parties, and a rooftop with a view of the city are fantastic amenities that make The Overview a wonderful place to live. Main St Realty also sets up lots of events for residents (like having food trucks come or giving out bagels), which are really nice. Love it here so far!
Horrible customer service experience. Nobody answers phones. Be prepared to be toured units that are not available. After submitting an application regarding an available unit be prepared to be lied to regarding availability in the hopes they can upsell you on rent in another unit. You call and they’ll tell you one thing only to pay to find out they lied to you. Scammers!
I’ve been here for one year. The pool was “waiting on repair” basically all summer, and my building’s elevator has gone out of service on average probably twice a month. The inability to use an advertised amenity and the unreliability of a basic utility have blemished what has been an otherwise enjoyable stay
