After paying them for a Work bag and waiting for a delivery for 9 days,(me living only 5 hours away from them) I come to find out they haven't even handed it to USPS yet. When I call to ask where my delivery is, explaining that I could have ordered the same thing on Amazon and get it in 1-2 days, what did they do? They gave me a corporate apology and passed the blame onto USPS. 1 Star.

They missed items in 2 different orders. Took a long time to send the missing items from the first order which turned out to be completely different then pictured. Still waiting for them to send the item on the second order. Despite proving that I did infact order and pay for it, the same way I did for the missing items in the previous order, the have not sent it nor does it look like the will. Be very wary of their promotions. I have spent quite a bit of money with them and for them to fight me so hard for a simple $7.... read more
