Hired Overture for my elderly mother. The care aid showed up 30 min late, and we spent the visit showing her around mothers' apartment and going over the care needs, she did no work that day, but I paid for 4 hours. On her first solo visit with mom, she showed 30-40 min late, left 2 hours early, and was on her phone while she was with mother. She completed very few tasks on mothers list.
