Eric and Shane are the best guys for whatever you need with maintenance. Both are so friendly and courteous. Their personalities are just great! They deserve a special recognition!
After 6 months, I'm getting settled in to my new "home" at Overture Cary. I continue to be pleased with the property, my neighbors, the amenities, such as heated pool, weight and workout facilities, theater, outdoor "green" area with gas grilles, ample seating and more. Sparkly new and a lovely leasing agent. but the senior management is suspect. a $540 application fee lets you know this is all about money, no aging with dignity here. Cute apartments but do you want to look at a massive parking lot in a crowded shopping center? Check out FTC lawsuit just filed against its parent, Greystar for suspect practices. You can do better. Don't be deceived by the lovely decor.
I just signed my lease for my third year. I wouldn't live anywhere else. The staff is wonderful. A big shout out to Nancy for encouraging me to come downstairs and mingle. Make some friends, and so I have made some wonderful new friends that I know will last a lifetime. Very Happy , active Community with wonderful Overture Staff and Management. Beautiful grounds and landscaping. Clean, clean, clean!!! I enjoy All of the Amenities and Exercise classes. The pool in summertime is always actives and fun. Great to be so convenient to great shopping and medical facilities within walking distance.
