Nate in the leasing office is THE BEST at what he does! Nate did not show an ounce of irritation with my mom or me as we asked him a million questions. He gave us a tour of the property and literally went above and beyond for us. The property is absolutely amazing. The cleanliness, the awesome things to do, the sense of security, and the welcomeness of the staff and residents were delightful. I think my mom has found her forever apartment.
RENTERS BEWARE Update: Today, April 30, 2024 Overture Buckhead South had a Town Hall meeting which was supposed to address tenants concerns no one from corporate showed up and none of tenants questions were answered nothing was accomplished.The meeting was a farce. I asked management why Overture Buckhead South negligently rented uninhabitable chemically toxic units and why are those tenants who were displaced being harassed and retaliated against.
