At 'one time' a parking garage was talked about on the west end where there is a lot. Not sure what happened to that? (Maybe a neighborhood grievance, or so...)That would be a more efficient than the one-story GRASSHOLE. It's truly a sad situation. I am surprised though, how the City in good conscience, could even be supportive of such an environmental betrayal. There is just no fix for stupid.
