I called to get a quote on River Rock and Sand and the guy, 'Randy'' asked if he could either put me on hold or call me back because he had a couple other people on hold too much I said no problem and gave my phone number. He called me back and was very short with me and even cut my call short because he said he had two other people on hold. Not sure why their business was more important than mine. My call log shows that the total time of my call is 3 minutes and 11 seconds and he stated this at about the 2 minute mark.
