I've called overton power, pressed 0 to talk to a representative , do you believe she / he directed me to auto pay not once but 3 times. I DONT want auto pay I need to speak to a person. it's not even 2pm. I can't believe your so crowded with people you can't answer the business phone. but sure quick to come turn power off. if they don't hear from you. yes I'm irritated
RecommendedEfficient and respond quickly to a problem and answer questions. Crews be safe out there especially at night with limited light even though you bring your back up.
