So far I have had a positive experience during the last few weeks since I moved here. Beginning with the manager Ms. Sarah, i have glowing accolades for her. From my first visit and tour to the property she was friendly, polite, efficient and professional. She was generous With her time and answered all my questions. My friend lives there her apartment is falling down and has mold and they want to make it seem like it’s her fault because she did not have a A/C but not having A/C did not cause the leak from the ceiling

The maintenance team at Overton Place is truly exceptional. Their hard work, professionalism, and dedication to the community are evident in everything they do. They take pride in keeping the property well maintained, respond with care, and consistently go above and beyond to make sure things are handled properly. A dependable maintenance team makes such a difference, and Overton Place is incredibly fortunate to have a team that puts so much effort and heart into their work.
