I moved in almost a week ago. I was shocked at how nice the place and the neighbors were. Meridian property management hooked me up. Sarah and Tracy did all my paperwork and what not. Im so happy to finally be in midtown!!!
Unfortunately, I really don't feel like the management cares about their renters. Many reponses are copy and pasted, they don't often respond to voice mail, maintenance take a while until they fix anything and when they do the fixes are cheap/quick. I know the prices here are a little better than other apartments but I'd reccomend spending more time to consider other options before you commit to a 12 month lease. I'll update if there has been any improvents!
If I could use a NEGATIVE STAR I would! This Hass to be the most unprofessional management company I have ever had to deal with. The manager Tracey needs to be fired! Whatever you do look elsewhere and do not let this be a option for you we’re looking for an apartment or a home.
The amount of roaches and wasps in this place is appalling. What's worse is the management's inability to effectively handle the bugs. Especially after repeated conversations where I was told it would be handled "in just a few days." Seriously. This is miserable and deplorable. There is no effort shown to exterminate what I would call a horrific infestation. Steer clear if you're allergic to wasps.
