Overtime Athletes (OTA) has been absolutely phenomenal for our my son’s development as a performance athlete, specifically football and track. He has been a remotely trained OTA athlete since November 2024, and his coach, Jordon Haslem, has done an outstanding job with his programming. I’ve been doing remote training with OTA since last summer, and the results have been incredible. My speed, power, and overall performance have taken a huge leap. As a soccer player, I’ve always pushed to find that extra edge, and the team at OTA gave me a program built to get me there.
I bought a program from them awhile back. I didnt not receive the program i paid for. There was no one i could reach out to and fix this problem. This was also when i had little money to spend. Still haven't received my program I paid for.
One of my favorite places to train! I've learned a lot here.
OTA is great! They create solid programs for strength and power. My son loves working with Coach Ian.
