I’ve been doing remote training with OTA since last summer, and the results have been incredible. My speed, power, and overall performance have taken a huge leap. As a soccer player, I’ve always pushed to find that extra edge, and the team at OTA gave me a program built to get me there.
I bought a program from them awhile back. I didnt not receive the program i paid for. There was no one i could reach out to and fix this problem. This was also when i had little money to spend. Still haven't received my program I paid for.
One of my favorite places to train! I've learned a lot here.
OTA is great! They create solid programs for strength and power. My son loves working with Coach Ian.
