Go to Guidelight instead. This is a terrible place where they allow patients to attack each other. The topics are so basic as to not be useful. The facilitators are unskilled. They will let you down.
The only good part of overstory was the reception and some of the clinicians did seem to care and only did very basic cbt/dbt Their communication is worse than dating in high school. Case management never made sure I was all set, and when I left I still had needs unmet. I even tried to go back in the program and they ignored me and my partners phone calls. Great team. Great mission. Great level of care for everyone that is having a challenging time to try. Excited for any new person to get to experience it!
